Susan Black Aurigemma is the owner and creative artist behind Black Eyed Susan Photography. Born and raised in the Hudson Valley region of upstate New York, she has been a resident of the Sunshine State since early 1975. Her discriminating eye for detail and passion for life is clearly captured in her work.

As a art and photography major in the early 70's, Susan enjoys exploring her love for both through her images.

Ms. Black Aurigemma is a member of the Professional Photographers Association (PPA), Wedding and Portrait Professionals International (WPPI) and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP).

As a key photographer at her her church, she was called upon to photograph various activities and functions through the years. Her professional career began after encouragement by friends and family. From there, the seeds of Black Eyed Susan Photography were planted.

Susan creates unique images that capture the spirit of individuals and the relationships within families. Beginning with a portrait of a newborn in a mother's arms. Continuing through a family's growing cycle from graduations, weddings and anniversaries, she crafts timeless treasures for her clients.

On-line viewing and ordering is available as well as traditional proofing. Products include a wide selection of print finishes, artistic enhancements, canvas prints, gallery wraps, elegant fine art portraiture and a full line of traditional and modern bridal albums.

Portrait sessions and wedding investments are booked by appointment. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Packages are available to meet any budget.
